Let's make it work.

Use an iPhone running iOS 17.4 or later and Apple Watch Exercise ring data in Apple Health. Grant Health read access and individual Screen Time authorization, then choose individual apps to monitor. The companion Watch app needs watchOS 10.0 or later. EarnTime is a voluntary personal tool; you can turn protection off.

Each day starts with 30 minutes. Each synced Exercise ring minute adds one minute; exercise above your personal baseline earns an extra 50%, rounded down. A reserve gets 60 minutes each week and holds up to 120. When daily time runs out, the reserve takes over. At day end, half of unused daily time, rounded down, goes into the reserve subject to its cap; the rest is recorded as Unspent, not spendable time.

First check that today's Exercise ring minutes have reached Apple Health on your iPhone. In Health, open your profile and find EarnTime under app access; allow Exercise Minutes and Activity. Then open EarnTime → Settings → Refresh now. Exercise ring minutes can differ from workout duration. Apple controls background sync timing, so unlocking is not guaranteed to be immediate.

Used is the usage delivered to EarnTime's monitoring windows in whole-minute checkpoints. The system report has a separate reporting scope and timing, including activity before monitoring started. Minute rounding and selection changes can cause differences. Time reported while a shield is confirmed active is recorded separately and is not charged again.

Open EarnTime once, check Settings → Screen Time and reconnect if needed. Check that the app is still in Monitored apps and that Health has synced. You can turn App protection off at any time to remove EarnTime's restrictions. If the problem continues, email the app version, iOS version and what happened. Reinstalling can remove your ledger, so contact support before trying it.

Open EarnTime on your iPhone, then open the Watch app and tap Refresh. Add an EarnTime complication to your watch face to allow its complication update path. Apple controls background delivery and update budgets; the display is not a live countdown. Snapshots more than six hours old stop showing a balance until refreshed. Phone and Watch versions may finish updating at different times.

One monitored app, exercise, reserve, history, marks, weekly issues, widgets and the Watch app are free. EarnTime Full is a single non-consumable purchase for up to ten monitored apps; there is no subscription. See the App Store confirmation for the price in your region. On iPhone, open Settings → EarnTime Full → Restore purchase, using the Apple ID that bought it. Pending purchases unlock after Apple confirms them. Apple handles payment and refund requests.

Describe the issue and include your app and OS versions. If useful, prepare the optional support file in Settings → About & diagnostics, review it, then choose Share diagnostics. It includes technical event categories, timestamps, permission status and the number of selected apps. It excludes app names, tokens, notes, exercise totals, usage totals and raw diagnostic messages. Avoid sending health records or private screenshots unless you choose to and they are necessary to explain the issue.

Turn App protection off in EarnTime Settings, or revoke Screen Time access in iOS Settings. Health read access can be revoked in Apple Health. Deleting EarnTime from your iPhone and the companion app from your Watch removes their local data subject to Apple's shared-container and backup behavior.
